Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 September 2026

The short version: we don't collect anything. Our games run entirely on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no trackers, and the games do not send your data anywhere — because they don't send anything anywhere.

The longer version below exists because app stores require it, and because "we collect nothing" deserves to be spelled out rather than asserted.

Who this covers

This policy applies to Undue Games ("we", "us"), to this website at unduegames.com, and to the games we publish, including Blast Face. You can reach us any time at hello@unduegames.com.

Our games

Blast Face runs offline. It has no account system, no login, no leaderboards, no social features, and no network requests during play. Nothing you do in the game is transmitted to us or to anyone else.

The game does save a few things, but only on your own device, using your device's ordinary local storage:

  • Your progress — which levels you've cleared, how deep your best run went, where you are in the tutorial.
  • Your settings — sound on or off, and similar preferences.
  • Your score and inventory — the in-game currency and items you've earned.

None of that leaves your device. We cannot see it, and we have no way to retrieve it. Deleting the app deletes it.

This website

This site is a single static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts or fonts, and has no comment box, newsletter form, or login.

It is hosted by Vercel, which — like every web host — automatically records standard server request logs, typically including the IP address and browser user agent of each visitor, for security and to keep the service running. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else. Vercel handles them under its own privacy terms as our hosting provider.

If you email us

When you write to us, we receive whatever you put in the message — your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply to you and nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't pass it on. We keep correspondence only as long as it's useful, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

What we never do

  • We don't sell or share personal information. We have none to sell.
  • We don't serve advertising, and we don't embed advertising or attribution SDKs.
  • We don't use analytics, fingerprinting, or cross-app tracking.
  • We don't ask for access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.

Children

Our games are suitable for a general audience and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Since the games collect nothing and require no account, there's nothing for a child to hand over. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to us and we'll delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information a company holds about you, and to object to its use. In our case the honest answer is usually that we hold nothing — but if you've emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we'll do it. We won't treat you differently for asking.

App stores

If you download one of our games from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that transaction happens between you and the store, under the store's own privacy policy. We receive only the aggregate, anonymous reporting the stores provide to every developer — things like how many copies were downloaded in a country. That reporting doesn't identify you.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add something that does collect data — accounts, cloud saves, analytics, purchases — we'll update this page before that feature ships, and change the date at the top. We won't quietly start collecting things under an old policy.
